All condominium associations, cooperative apartment buildings and townhouses not eligible for City garbage pick-up are entitled to a rebate on their collection services.  The association will receive a maximum of $75.00 per residential unit, per year or the total amount of the refuse bills for the period you are filing, whichever is the lesser amount.
